END USER CERTIFICATION TRAINING IN-HOUSE DEPARTMENTAL END USER CERTIFICATION PACKAGE As law enforcement and security agencies continue to search for ways to mitigate liability, more and more agencies are looking to document all employee training. Controlled F.O.R.C.E. has responded to this growing necessity by establishing our In-House Departmental End User Certification Package.
The In-House Training Package allows
Controlled F.O.R.C.E. Certified Instructors to train some or all officers within
their agency and provide each trainee with a CD Manual that reviews all course
material. Furthermore, upon completion of the training, Controlled F.O.R.C.E.
will issue a certificate to each trainee to document the training, certifying
instructor, and date of training. Controlled F.O.R.C.E. also maintains this
information in our records system. END USER CERTIFICATION COURSE For agencies that do not have a Controlled F.O.R.C.E. Certified Instructor on staff, we offer a one-day End User Certification Course. This option is ideal for smaller agencies, or agencies that do not have the resources to maintain an on-staff instructor. The End User Course provides trainees with practical subject control skills that builds on defensive tactics skills they already possess. End User Certification Course Schedule:

SOLUTIONS FOR THE CORRECTIONAL ENVIRONMENT Adult and Juvenile Correctional Institutions are responsible for maintaining a safe environment for both their staff and the inmates in their care. In order to establish a safe environment, institutions must provide staff members with skills to protect inmates, staff, and property from inmates who are combative, while at the same time prevent injuries to those who are engaged in the combative or out of control behavior. Controlled F.O.R.C.E. provides flexible, cost effective solutions for Adult and Juvenile Correctional Facilities. Institutions that have integrated the Controlled F.O.R.C.E. system into their training programs have documented a reduction in incidences of injury to inmates as well as a reduction of injury to staff during training. Furthermore, the Controlled F.O.R.C.E. system helps institutions improve teamwork and communication between staff members to enable them to respond to emergency situations in a controlled, coordinated manner.
