NEW PARTNERSHIP ANNOUNCED!

Controlled F.O.R.C.E. announces partnership with the International Fight League (www.ifl.tv).

The world of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Competition provides an arena for the development and testing of body control and self defense techniques that often find their way into law enforcement training practices. Controlled F.O.R.C.E. works with several MMA Champions for the development of such applications.

Recognizing an overlap in interests between the MMA and law enforcement and military worlds, Controlled F.O.R.C.E. recently established a partnership with a premier MMA organization -- the IFL. This partnership will give both Controlled F.O.R.C.E. and the IFL new opportunities to benefit law enforcement and military professionals.

** SuperFight Discount **
The IFL has asked Controlled F.O.R.C.E. to pass along their U.S. Armed Services discount of 40% OFF online ticket purchases for their next event at the Mark of the Quad Cities in Moline, IL on September 23, 2006. MILITARY / GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS PENDING

Controlled F.O.R.C.E. aggressively seeking federal training contracts.

Controlled F.O.R.C.E. would like to thank the overwhelming response to our sources sought solicitations. We are still actively engaged in securing contracts to provide training support to the U.S. Military, for which we will need to significantly expand our instructor roster.

As the strategic paradigm of the armed forces continues to shift toward Anti-Terrorism operations, Controlled F.O.R.C.E. is increasingly sought after to provide supplemental non-lethal close quarters tactical training to various military units, recently including U.S. Army Special Forces Groups and U.S. Coast Guard MSST/MSRT Teams. Controlled F.O.R.C.E. views the procurement of broader government contracts as the next logical step in our development as a national training services provider.

CUSTOM CD UTILIZATION ON THE RISE

Instructors recognize need for solutions to maintain perishable skills.

Faced with ongoing budget crunches, especially in training, law enforcement academies and instructors are always looking for ways to stretch their training dollars. Perhaps the easiest and most cost effective way to reduce training costs is to prevent the decay of perishable skills.

Controlled F.O.R.C.E. provides custom CD training solutions that give training personnel the flexibility to select only the categories that they incorporate into their program. For example, a Texas Police Academy requested CD manuals that did not include certain sections that they do not teach. Controlled F.O.R.C.E. fulfilled their request and now every graduate leaves the academy armed with an easy-to-use tool to maintain perishable skills exactly as they were taught by their instructors.

Several other metropolitan police academies have identified the importance of maintaining perishables skills and are adopting Controlled F.O.R.C.E. custom CD training solutions into their curriculum.

Controlled F.O.R.C.E. will integrate an agency's own training into a comprehensive CD solution that provides the user with full program review capabilities.

LEVEL 3 TRAINING EXCEEDING EXPECTATION

Student responses underscore vital need for combatives training.

The success of our latest training program, Controlled F.O.R.C.E. Level 3: Combative Counter Measures, shows the necessity of a common sense combatives approach for law enforcement. Developed in response to requests from departmental instructors for advanced skills-sets, Level 3 better enables instructors to teach their "green" recruits how to not only survive a full-on attack, but also maintain situational control in a hostile environment.

To provide the absolute best techniques for such a training program, Controlled F.O.R.C.E. sought the expertise of mixed martial arts world champions Pat Miletich and Matt Hughes. Both gentlemen have spent their professional fighting careers learning what does and does not work to effectively control and subdue a violent combatant. This combined effort has resulted in a breakthrough combatives training system that blends seamlessly with Controlled F.O.R.C.E. Levels 1 & 2.

Controlled F.O.R.C.E. is currently seeking hosting locations for Level 1 & 2 and Level 3 instructor certification classes. Interested law enforcement agencies should call 630-365-1700.
