Tuition for those registering and paying before that date is $635. Standard conference tuition is $785. The 6th Annual U.S.N.S.T.A. Training Conference will be held December 12-16, 2005 at the Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. Although the training roster has not yet been confirmed, many of the trainers and training programs from last year will return. Controlled F.O.R.C.E. will once again be providing instructor certification, instructor re-certification, and master instructor certification. This year's conference will also feature the latest installment of THE ZONE scenario-based training system. THE ZONE assesses an officer's decision-making and response skills within multi-dimensional reality-based scenarios with varying levels of threat and intensity. The early registration schedule is as follows: tuition for
registrations/payments received before April 30th is $635; tuition for registrations/payments
received between April 30th and July 1st is $685; tuition for registrations/payments
received between July 1st and September 30th is $735; and tuition for
registrations/payments received after September 30th is $785. FREDDY GETS UPGRADE - NOW TOUGHER THAN EVER The Controlled F.O.R.C.E. Freddy S.T.A.T. (Simulation Tactical Advanced Trainer) has recently been modified. New construction innovations have improved the flexibility and increased the strength of the Freddy Training Unit - not that there has ever been an issue with his durability. First, Freddy's joints are now fabricated with precise laser cutting technology, giving his elbows and wrists smoother, more human-like flexibility and manipulation. Laser cut joints provide a more accurate simulation of human movement, resulting in improved response for repetitive practice of manual control techniques. Second, Freddy's torso is constructed with rounder edges, and the entire unit is covered with a thicker powder coat. These two enhancements greatly reduce the wear and tear on the padded suit, so the suit will have to be replaced less often. These upgrades, in addition to a more rugged overall
construction, ensure that Freddy will remain the ideal training partner for
high-rep exercises and scenario-based programs. Whether he is used to practice
takedown techniques, baton tactics, shooting simulations, or a combination of
training exercises, Freddy can take all that you've got - and more. NATIONAL TRAINING SCHEDULE The following courses are Instructor Certification courses unless otherwise specified.
