Our widely used system of Mechanical Advantage Control Holds™ (M.A.C.H.) establishes a "building block" method for delivering close range subject control content in a way that allows for high repititions in short time periods for maximum retention.

Once a framework of body positioning and movement skills is established with the M.A.C.H. techniques, Controlled F.O.R.C.E. can incorporate any combination of mission-specific drills. The unique Controlled F.O.R.C.E. "compounding drill" format generates drills from previous drills, allowing for maximum repetitions in short periods of time.
