MEMBERSHIP

How do I become a member?
If you have played with or talked to anyone on the C-FORCE.US Team, you have already started the process of becoming a member. Continue to look for C-FORCE.US team members on-line, and they will guide you through the process from New Prospect, to Associate Member, to Full Member, to possible Team Leader.

What is a New Prospect?
A gamer looking to possibly become a member of the C-FORCE.US Team. New Prospects keep their own gamer tag and try out for the team by playing with C-FORCE.US Team Members. Once a New Prospect gets serious about starting the approval process, he or she will be recommended for Associate Membership by a Team Leader.

What is an Associate Member?
A gamer that will retain his or her own gamer tag but will become a member of a team. Shoulder Numbers will be assigned to Associate Members at the discretion of the Team Leaders. Once assigned a Shoulder Number, Associate Members will start to work up the ranks within the Team they are assigned to. When a Team Leader accepts an Associate Member onto a team and he or she demonstrates good teamwork skills, the Team Leader will recommend him or her for Full Membership.

What is a Full Member?
Full Membership will be granted when an Alpha Team Leader confirms a recommendation. The individual will have to pay $25.00 for annual membership dues, which includes a Controlled F.O.R.C.E. "Coat of Arms" t-shirt. Full Members become eligible for other perks throughout their membership term. Once a
Full Member, players have to change there gamer tag to the C-FORCE.US name, and they must adhere to all rules set by the Controlled F.O.R.C.E. code of ethics. Full Members will continue to work their way up the ranking system. As a Full Member, you will have the opportunity to become a future Team Leader by demonstrating good leadership and ethics.

What is a Team Leader?
Team Leaders (# 1) are C-FORCE.US Tier 1 operators / competitors. These are the best of the best of the C-FORCE.US Team. Arrangements will be made to set up tournaments with our elite cadre. Second in Commands (# 2) are also considered high level operators / competitors and are designated as Tier 2 operators / competitors. This position is also very important because if the Team Leader is not available to play, # 2 takes over and plays in the Team Leader Position, taking charge of their team. The ranking system continues down the team.

What other games does the C-FORCE.US Team play?
C-FORCE.US is building teams to play and compete in Rainbow 6 VEGAS 2, Call of Duty 4, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon and others.

RULES OF MEMBERSHIP

How does the team system work?
Alpha Team is made up of corporate leaders from Controlled F.O.R.C.E.; Bravo Team is made up of associates of the Alpha Team. Bravo Team members are lead recruiters responsible for bringing in new members and training recruits. Once a team member has been accepted as an associate member, he or she will be placed on other teams like Charlie Team, Delta Team, on down the line. The Bravo Team Leader recommends players for membership. These players are then approved by Alpha Team Members. There are ten other teams under the C-FORCE.US team/clan. Keep an eye out on the website for new Team Leaders as they are promoted from within the ranks.

How do you get promoted?
Promotions are based primarily on integrity of game play. Skill of the game is taken into consideration for placement, but is not nearly as important as how you conduct yourself during game play. Team members get promoted by being a good teammate in games, showing respect to teammates, and showing respect to opponents. Smack talking is all part of the game, but X-rated talk and blatant disrespect WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. Total respect to the Chain of Command is required for all members.

How do you get demoted?
If you disrespect other players and teammates, you will be demoted. Other actions that will result in demotion include betraying teammates and not listening to your leaders. These actions will get you demoted. If these disrespectful behaviors continue, you will be completely removed and banned from the C-FORCE.US Team List.

What is a recruiter?
A recruiter is a C-FORCE.US player who goes out in a Ranked Big Team Battle or Social Big Team Battle. At least four and no more than five C-FORCE.US members are required to make up a party of recruiters. To recruit people you will have to tell them to send you a friend request, then private chat with them, join their party, or invite them to your party. Tell them to visit the web site and look over the rules. To view the RULES, go to www.c-force.us
then click on
C-FORCE.US VIRTUAL TEAM on the front page of the website. From there, look over the rules and requirements for getting into the team/clan. All new recruits will be tested on the rules to make sure they have looked at them.

Do I have to be a good player to be accepted into the C-FORCE.US TEAM?
No. Team Leaders will hold training days for the novice players and any members looking to improve their skill. A schedule will be posted as to what day and what time a given class will be held. The training sessions are free for all C-FORCE.US team members. Acceptance to the team is based on integrity of play and respectful behavior.
